I have only wiped them down with towels and WD. I think that someone with some experience can probably buff these out and make them look better. The only other thing I should mention since it does not show up on the pics very well is tha the arms have the slightest haze from pant leg rub. There are a couple marks from riding and are very hard to see and even more difficult to show in pics. The arms look to have the original chrome and there is no peeling or rust at all on these. I never raced her but I drove it around the neighborhood all the time. It rode so well that it became my daily rider. At first it was a carpet queen but I decided to start riding it one day and just never stopped. They were on my show bike that I built in 89.
